Not the (500) Days of Summer Movie Poster
With this weekend’s release of (500) Days of Summer, I thought it’d be a good time to once again reblog “notamovieposter” which is one of my favorite tumblr blogs. Enjoy.
W00t, 500 subscribers, therefore this was not the film poster fans chose for (500) Days of Summer
(Would have much prefered this poster to win the fan vote, as the one that did is awash with some seriously ugly typography)
Not sure I like this poster more than the other one, and it probably has a lot to do with Joseph Gordon-Levitt at the very bottom of this poster… it just doesn’t seem to fit in with the rest of the image.
I almost wished they even got rid of “(500)” in the title and let the photos spell that part of it. Regardless, it’s an interesting poster design but I gotta say that I like the real poster more.
